PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN STRESS UNTUK SISWA PKL MANDIRI DIGITAL UNIVERSE

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen stress yang sesuai untuk siswa-siswi yang melakukan PKL di Mandiri Digital Universe. Sehingga kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat diantaranya mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakan tentang pentingnya mengelola stress secara efektif. Tahapan pelatihan dimulai dengan penyusunan materi presentasi interaktif mengenai definisi, penyebab serta dampak stress yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Materi mencakup visualisasi sederhana serta materi presentasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelatihan. Peserta pelatihan adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang sedang melakukan PKL di Mandiri Digital Universe sebanyak 20 peserta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dari tujuan dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini. Hal ini mengacu pada indikator keberhasilan yang diperoleh antara lain, peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar manajemen stress, pemicu serta dampaknya. Partisipasi aktif peserta dalam diskusi dan simulasi menunjukkan bahwa materi relevan dan menarik bagi mereka. Adanya peningkatan kesadaran bahwa diri setiap individu berharga apapun situasi serta kondisinya serta antusiasme tinggi selama sesi menunjukkan bahwa metode penyampaian sesuai dengan karakteristik Generasi z yang merupakan siswa SMK.
