Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan daya saing komoditas olahan pangan lokal milik Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ngudi Makmur Solo, Jawa Tengah, menuju pasar ekspor. Masalah utama mitra terletak pada rendahnya literasi digital, desain kemasan konvensional yang rentan rusak, serta keterbatasan standardisasi legalitas internasional. Metode pelaksanaan program menerapkan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang dipadukan dengan intervensi teknologi tepat guna, standardisasi mutu, serta evaluasi berjenjang menggunakan Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya diversifikasi portofolio produk hulu-hilir (lini stik, keripik, permen, dan sirup herbal) yang kini telah dilengkapi nomor P-IRT, sertifikasi Halal Indonesia, serta panel nutrisi terstandarisasi global. Pembahasan berbasis TOWS Matriks dan Sel V IE Matriks (Hold and Maintain) diimplementasikan secara konkret melalui redesain kemasan sekunder berupa paper bag dan kardus karton premium (double-wall) berornamen batik Solo, integrasi label bilingual, dan kode batang GS1 untuk menembus hambatan non-tarif internasional. Kesimpulannya, hilirisasi visual dan logistik digital melalui platform cross-border e-commerce ini terbukti meningkatkan marjin profitabilitas mitra sebesar 15–20% secara berkelanjutan. Program ini berhasil merealisasikan kemandirian ekonomi kader wanita tani yang selaras dengan target SDGs nomor 5, 8, dan 9, serta pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi.
