EVALUASI INTERVENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS KOMUNITAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS DI KALANGAN DEWASA PENYANDANG DISABILITAS

Penyandang disabilitas tubuh (tuna daksa) dewasa kerap menghadapi hambatan ganda, yakni keterbatasan akses ekonomi dan rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis akibat stigma sosial serta minimnya kesempatan berpartisipasi dalam dunia kerja. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas program intervensi kewirausahaan pendidikan berbasis komunitas yang dirancang secara terpadu dengan edukasi kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological wellbeing). Program dilaksanakan selama delapan sesi selama dua bulan di Kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah, dengan melibatkan 42 peserta dewasa penyandang tuna daksa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pre-test dan post-test, observasi partisipatif, serta focus group discussion (FGD). Pengukuran kesejahteraan psikologis dilakukan menggunakan adaptasi Ryff's Psychological Wellbeing Scale yang mencakup enam dimensi utama. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada seluruh dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis peserta (p < 0,05), dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada dimensi tujuan hidup (+22,3 poin) dan pertumbuhan pribadi (+21,5 poin). Di bidang kewirausahaan, sebanyak 83,3% peserta mampu menyusun rencana bisnis yang layak, dan 71,4% menyatakan memiliki rencana usaha konkret pasca-program. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan integratif antara pelatihan kewirausahaan dan edukasi psikologis berbasis komunitas terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi sekaligus kesejahteraan psikologis penyandang tuna daksa di lingkungan pedesaan
