Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya kesadaran diri bagi siswa melalui kisah inspirasional dari beberapa tokoh yang dibawakan penulis. Materi diimplementasi berdasarkan pemikiran tokoh-tokoh kontemporer yang dikenal melalui platform digital seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat agar siswa mampu memahami dirinya serta menjadi pribadi yang bertanggung jawab serta percaya diri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada minggu keempat bulan Mei 2025 dengan target peserta yang merupakan Siswa SMA di Jakarta National Senior High School 2, yang sebagian besar berusia 15–17 tahun. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan dampak dengan self awareness yang baik, siswa akan lebih mampu membuat pilihan berdasarkan pemahaman yang utuh tentang diri mereka sendiri, bukan sekadar mengikuti tren atau desakan lingkungan. Ini sangat penting terutama dalam konteks perencanaan pendidikan dan karier. Ketika self awareness menjadi bagian dari budaya sekolah, maka akan tercipta lingkungan yang lebih empatik, terbuka, dan mendukung perkembangan holistik peserta didik. Guru dan siswa dapat saling menghargai, saling memahami, dan tumbuh bersama sebagai komunitas pembelajar.
