IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER

Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah menanamkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan sejak usia sekolah dasar melalui kegiatan yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Manfaat dari kegiatan pelatihan ini, siswa memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dapat bekerja sama secara tim dan arif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Lokasi kegiatan ini berlangsung di SD Negeri Cakung Timur 09 dan kegiatan berlangsung pada Jumat, 23 Mei 2025. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 96 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa-siswi kelas 5A, 5B dan 5C dengan kisaran usia 10 hingga 11 tahun. Pemilihan ini didasarkan pertimbangan usia, tingkat pemahaman, dan kesiapan mereka untuk mengikuti kegiatan yang bersifat partisipatif dan reflektif. Selain itu, pada pemilihan peserta ini didasarkan pada fase perkembangan sosial dan emosional yang signifikan sehingga peserta yang berjumlah 96 ini dapat dinilai tepat untuk penanaman nilai kepemimpinan dasar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak hanya memahami nilai-nilai kepemimpinan tetapi juga mampu untuk mengaitkannya dengan tindakan nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti dalam sesi berbagi pengalaman kepemimpinan siswa, cara para siswa merespons terhadap permainan edukatif hingga hasil dari dream board yang telah ditulis. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kombinasi topik yang relevan, aktivitas yang interaktif, serta penyusunan dream board menjadi susunan kombinasi yang efektif dalam menyalakan semangat, nilai-nilai percaya diri, keberanian, dan kerja sama.
