SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: DAMPAK KECANDUAN GAME ONLINE PADA PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH MENENGAH

Masalah kecanduan game online menuntut perhatian publik. Saat ini, banyak penelitian cenderung difokuskan pada upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat kecanduan. Namun, sangat terbatas penelitian yang berpusat pada upaya mencegah terjadinya kecanduan gme online. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak game online pada siswa menengah cenderung dengan umur 19-23 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah sistematik review dengan menggunakan database dari Sagepub dan Google Scholar. Pencarian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci kecanduan game, kecanduan game online, pelajar dan remaja. Dari hasil penelusuran ditemukan 2.559 artikel kemudian disaring menggunakan metode PRISMA hingga didapatkan 7 artikel yang sesuai dengan rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan game online berdampak signifikan terhadap kelompok remaja cenderung berumur 19-23 tahun. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penyesuaian dan modifikasi dalam pelayanan bimbingan konseling serta peningkatan dukungan sosial kepada kelompok remaja untuk mereduksi kecanduan game online
